It's the UK's biggest
ever tribute show set to take place on August 9th
2008 and features an awesome line up of Elvis
tribute artists along with original members of Elvis'
backing band. Fans at the concert will include
celebrities from both the world of show business and the
sporting world with ticket enquiries from as far away
as the United States of
America.
Bolton Arena is the magnificent venue where
Shawn Klush who was crowned the BBC's world's greatest Elvis in front
of millions of British TV viewers,
will be headlining in what
will be an historic concert combining the
tribute world with the real world with the added
appearance of the Sweet Inspirations,
Elvis Presley's original backing singers and rock
and roll legend D.J. Fontana Elvis' original
drummer.
The brilliant young
American Justin Shandor will be performing the
"Early years"
appearing live on stage for the very first
time in the UK along with two of our very own
world class ETA's, Steve Preston (rehearsal for
Vegas ) and Gordon Hendricks (68' Comeback Special).
Steve has appeared on the Royal
Variety performance and Gordon is the biggest ever
winner of the Stars in their eyes TV show, when he
sang Suspicious Minds receiving a vote of over
84,000.
It is a "Dream tribute" concert to Elvis
Presley the likes never before witnessed here in
the UK, with Shawn Klush "the closest to the
King" plus 3 outstanding ETA's, the Sweet
Inspirations and D.J. Fontana ........... all happening
live on stage.
